Linda Ruth Langford, a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at the age of 72. She was born on August 27, 1951 to the union of Quinton Lee Stringer and Theda Lois Stringer in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Linda obtained her LPN in December 1988. She worked as a nurse at Huey P. Long Hospital in Pineville, Louisiana from 1988 until her retirement in 2012. She was passionate about caregiving. She enjoyed playing games, watching Food Network shows and collecting recipes. She was a wonderful cook. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her best and loved her most.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Jesse Langford, grandsons, Matthew Langley and Trenton Langford, brother, Kenneth Stringer and sister, Pat Parker.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Quinton Brady Langford (Amy); daughter, Shanna Clover (Michael); daughter-in-law, Rachel Langford; grandchildren, Cameron Langford, Emalie Langford, Rebekah Langford and Ashton Clover; sister, Judy Mohawk (Ike); brother-in-law Lonnie Parker; sister-in-law, Vicky Stringer. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
