Gayle was a graduate of Southwood High School class of 1974. She also graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor degree in Fine Arts in interior design. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. During her career Gayle designed private aircraft liners and was an interior designer for Ivey's Carpet. She also served as Executive Director for Drake Company. Gayle moved on to become a top sales representative for CBK and finished her career as a retirement home manager.
Gayle had a fun personality. She always took care of others before herself. She loved her family and friends, her mom and dad but most importantly, she loved her daughter and husband. Gayle loved to cook, host parties and entertain. She always made sure her home was decorated to coincide with season. Being a music lover, Gayle loved to sing and dance when cleaning the house or in the car. She loved to travel and had the opportunity to travel internationally as well. Gayle will be missed by those who knew her best and loved her most.
Gayle was preceded in death by her husband Robert Stanley Stacey.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Lindsey Reina and husband John; granddaughter, Shelbie Reina and grandson Wesley Reina.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108.
In lieu of floral arrangements, the family requests tropical or house plants.
