Funeral services for Margaret Evelyn Gay, 84, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at the Centuries Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Mount Zion Cemetery In Hall Summitt, LA. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2012 at the Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.

Mrs. Gay was born May 25, 1928 to William and Bessie Laster in Coushatta, LA; and passed away September 20, 2012 in Shreveport.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Glenda; her parents, William and Bessie Laster,and three grandchildren, Sherri, Michael Lynn, and Tommy Jr.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-five years, Harold L. Gay; six children, Tommy Gay, Patsy Holtom, Sue Ball, Becky Huff, Renee Chreene, Kathy Gay; nine-teen grandchildren, forty-three great-grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Richard Bonsall, Daniel Sepulvado, Pete Chreene,Sr., Pete Chreene,Jr., William Gamble, and Johnny Paddie.

Honorary Pallbearers will be John Ball, George Koutsounadis, and Jaye Chreene.
