Marilyn worked for Western Electric for many years. She also worked as a waitress at Ryan's Steak House. Marilyn loved doing arts and crafts. She especially loved painting and crochet. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by those who knew her best and loved her most.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her first husband, Willie G. Parault and second husband, Roy Henderson. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda P. Blake.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Ron Parault (Nina); brother, Jack D. Harvey; sister, Valarie J. Wilson; grandson, Aaron G. Williams and son-in-law, Mark Blake. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Park Pavilion, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108 with Rev. Carl Rhoads officiating.
