Shreveport, LA - Funeral services celebrating the life of Mary Lucille Flores, 92, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 29, 215 in the chapel of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Officiating will be Father Francis Kamau. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM with a Vigil/Rosary service beginning at 6:00 P.M. at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Flores was born on November 11, 1922 in Robeline, LA and passed away on October 26, 2015 in Shreveport, LA. She was a dedicated and devoted wife of sixty years, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her family.
Mrs. Flores was a lifelong member of Holy Rosary Church. She was very active in her church. Mrs. Flores was a devout Catholic and loved her Lord.
Mrs. Flores was preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, David Flores, Sr., her parents and 15 siblings.
Left to cherish beautiful memories of Mrs. Flores are her sons, David and wife Pattie Flores, Jr. and Michael Flores; 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
