A Memorial Service for Michael Anthony Miciotto, Sr. "M-10", will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at noon at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating the service will be his favorite pastor, Bro. Mike Stowell, Senior Pastor of Keithville Baptist Church.
Mike was born in Shreveport, LA to Willow Dean Peters and Salvador Miciotto on June 18, 1956. He went to be with his Lord on January 11, 2019.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Ray Joey Miciotto; and his three sons, Jeremy Shea, Michael, Jr., and Joseph Ray.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Linda Wiggins Miciotto of Keithville; his step-daughter, Michelle Burkett (Cayce) of Houston, TX; his step-granddaughter, Mayce Burkett of Houston, TX; his step-son, Michael Fyffe of Portland, OR; his step-grandsons, Ethan Chapman and Johan Dreamwalker of Portland, OR; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Norma and Willie Sharp of Kelly, LA, Mary and Eddy Napps of Longview, TX, Karen and Dale Rimmer of Shreveport LA, Darryl and Martha Wiggins of Lebanon, MO, Mark Wiggins of Heflin, LA, Greg and Tina Wiggins of Castor, LA, Wayne and Tracy Scarborough of Ringgold, LA, Tara and Ryan Alexander of Dallas, TX, Tony Wiggins of Ringgold, LA; his nieces, Brittany and Tiffany Wiggins; and his cousins, A.J. and Amber Peters of Branson, MO, Janet and Tony Miciotto of Shreveport, LA. and cousin, Cindy Griffin who could always make him laugh. Mike is also survived by a host of other relatives from Shreveport, LA to Raleigh, NC.
Mike's passion in life was his family. He loved racing dirt track cars at Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, LA. He and his son, Michael, Jr., were track champions for years. Mike was employed by Kraft Paper Company for twenty years as a maintenance supervisor. He managed plants for Kraft in Shreveport, LA, Seattle, WA, and Washington, D.C. After retiring, Mike became a self-employed welder and mechanic.
Because your presence was requested by the Master to eat at His table, those of us left behind will miss you. We will keep you foremost in our hearts by remembering you have not died, but you have only just begun to live.
