Pat Huckaby Free

Shreveport, LA- Funeral services celebrating the life of Pat Free, 65, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 in the chapel of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Officiating will be Bro. Will Simmons. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2015 at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.

Pat was born in Caddo Parish to Stanley R. Huckaby and Mary H. De Roe Huckaby Hennigan on July 21, 1950. She was retired from AT&T and worked many years as a realtor, the latest at Century 21 Elite. She was spunky, young at heart, enjoyed shopping, working in her yard and eating out with friends at Cantina. She was a devoted Meme to her three grandsons, Dakota, Colton and Grayson West. They referred to her as "Grandmother of the Year."

She is preceded in death by her father, Stanley and her sister, Linda Watson. She is survived by her mother, Mary Hennigan and stepfather Buddy; daughter, Dena West and husband Shane; grandsons, Dakota, Colton and Grayson West and her four legged child, Bella.

Honoring Pat as pallbearers will be Keaton Andarde, Mike Salter, Tom Roach, Steve Fair, Krane Klitzke and Don Vishnefski.
