Ruth Rogers, 88, passed into the loving arms of her Lord on Wednesday December 14 in Fort Worth. Ruth was proceeded in death by her husband of 68 years, C.W. Rogers. They were devoted members of Kingston Road Baptist Church family.
Those left to cherish her memories are sons, David and wife Paula of Fort Worth, Dan and wife Sharon of Houston; Grandchildren, Jamie and her husband Ernie Larson, Nicki and her husband Trent Duncan, Todd Williamson and wife Dawn, Tricia and Shawn Claud; great grandchildren; Gage and Kenzie East, Peyton and Braylon Williamson, Lilli and Abi Larson, Shawn Claud Jr., Katherine Duncan; Sisters; Betty Starks, Doris Williams, Brothers; Harold, Roy and Jerry Briggs and J.D. Baugus; and Sisters-in-Law; Rose and Mary Briggs.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday at 2 pm at Centuries Memorial, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport LA. Visitation for family and friends will be from 1-2 pm Saturday.
