Shirley F. Weglowski of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at the age of 86. Shirley was born January 18, 1936 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Charles and Myrtis Smith Griffen.
Shirley worked in the banking industry serving as a teller and later as Finance Officer prior to her retirement. She was a great cook and known for her delicious bakeries. Shirley loved playing the piano. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by those who knew her best and loved her most.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Theodore Weglowski.
Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Tim Weglowski (Kim) and Ted Weglowski (Rhonda); grandchildren, Jessica and Brandon Weglowski (Lacey); great grandchildren, Malichi and Eve Weglowski.
A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 2:00 Pm at Centuries Memorial Park, 8801 Mansfield Road, Shreveport, Louisiana 71108. Rev. Doug Lovett will be officiating the service.
