Noble, LA Dennis (Ted) Theodore Payne was born July 29, 1961 in Baton Rouge, LA. His parents were Alva and Betty Payne. Ted went to be with his Lord April 8, 2019 in Bossier City.

Ted attended New Freedom Fellowship Church, Many, LA. He lived life to its fullest. He lived on Toledo Bend which is where he loved to be. He was an avid fisherman and loved working on boat motors and having fish fries.

Ted is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son, Jon Michael Payne of Sumrall, MS; sister, Debbie P. Royals and husband Tommy of Hattiesburg, MS; brothers, Todd Payne and wife Amy and Jonathan Payne of Shreveport, LA; numerous nieces and nephews; and many many friends.

A service celebrating the life of Ted Payne will be held Thursday, April 11, 2019, 3:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 until service time at the funeral home.
