A Celebration of Life Service for Thelma Hanna, 74, will be held at Oakmont Church of God on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Rev. James Hanks will officiate.

Thelma was born on November 18, 1944 in Shreveport, LA and she went to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 4, 2019.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Melinda Owen of Shreveport and Doug Hanna and wife Sonya of Dallas, Texas; her sisters, Billie DeYoung of Shreveport and Mary Ann Wade and husband Dale of Stonewall. Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hanna; and her parents, William and Margaret Schaefer.
