Timothy Nathaniel Robertson

Shreveport, LA – Timothy Nathaniel Robertson, 31, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 4, 2012. A Remembrance Celebration will take place on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 5:30 P.M. at the McKissick Herb Farm in Shreveport, LA. A weeping willow will be planted in Tim’s memory.

Tim was a native of Shreveport, LA. He graduated from Airline High School in 1999 and attended Bossier Parish Community College and Louisiana Tech University in Ruston. Tim was the owner of Patches Gifts, a bakery that he ran from his home in Shreveport. He was also dedicated to his volunteer work with the Louisiana Council on Aging - Meals on Wheels program. Tim loved his spouse, his family, and his dogs, and he had a passion for baking. Tim’s infectious smile and ability to love unconditionally will truly be missed.

Timothy is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Minnie “Honey” McKissick; his grandfather, Tom Jeffrey McKissick III; his grandmother, Eleanor Katherine Sanders Robertson; and his uncle, Paul Robertson. He is survived by his spouse, Joel Cummings of Shreveport; his grandparents, John and Frances Gauthier of Shreveport, Ben and Marie Hoft of Glencoe, AL, and David Holland of Gadsden, AL; his father and stepmother, Randall and Amy Robertson of Shreveport; his mother and stepfather, Frances and Mickey Lee of Shreveport; his brother, Randall Robertson Jr. of Grass Valley, California; his sisters, Rachel Miller and husband, Todd, and Arielle Schulman, both of Shreveport; his step-sisters, Ilana Schulman Roth of Chicago, Illinois and Katy and Lauren Lee, both of Shreveport; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his beloved nephews and niece, Christian and Eliyah Robertson, of Homer, and Gunnar and Ava Miller of Shreveport.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of Willis Knighton Pierremont, especially the nurses and doctors in the Intensive Care Unit. Your dedication to our Timmy will forever stay in our hearts.
