My husband and I just found out about the passing of Tom.  He was a VERY special friend of ours.  He was one of my husbands lawyers for his trial and he spend ALOTTTTTTTT of time at our house.  

Tom was without a doubt the most brilliant man I've ever come across in my life.  I will never forget all the great memories, laughs and tears we had together.  He was a beautiful man with a beautiful heart.  I have my pictures of us all together and will cherish them for the rest of my life.

Tommy was my friend. He taught me a lot, not just about law, but believe it or not, and Tommy would get a chuckle out of this, about dignity, grace, and style. I will miss him

Tommy was in our thoughts often through the years, even though we were not in touch. Then hearing the news of his passing brought memories of Tommy and his family on the Calcasieu River! All of us growing up in the country together. I know his family is proud of the accomplishments Tommy made in his life. So sorry for the loss that his family has experienced. Praying for peace and comfort for each of them.

It is a tough loss when when it is before their time. 
Our prayers go out to the family. I know he will be missed.  I really admired Tommy for his stand.

Our sympathy to the family on this tragic loss.  In our nation's appeal for freedom from the evils of financial & legal tyranny, the loss of Tommy's presence is a great void in the cause, but we will march on in memory of him.  We, too, had looked forward to hearing him speak again (this week on Joyce Riley's radio show). but the Lord took him too early and must have some great work for him to do upstairs. In sympathy to his legacy.

A great beacon for Truth and Liberty has gone out in the world.

Tommy, you were an awesome inspiration and strong support to those who most needed it; you saw your duty and did not shirk it. Your insights, strategic intellect, marvelous humor,dogged persistence in standing for what is right in the face of evil -- all of these were sorely needed in this world, and are deeply missed.  

Go in Peace. And may all who love you be consoled by the Prince of Peace.

Tommy's passing is a sad loss to our community.  Can only think of really interesting and funny stories  he would tell while lunching at Beam's Restaurant.  Those times will be truly missed.

I was sad to hear of Tommy's death.  Over more than 30 years we were co-counsel in several cases and became friends.  I am sure Gloria will also miss miss him and I thank her for calling.

I too am incredibly saddened by this news.  I heard Tom speak once and have always been encouraged by his work and his great courage.  Tom fought the fight and kept the faith and I am confident there is a crown of righteousness laid up for him.  Karen

I am indescribably saddened by this news. I've spoken to Tom on the phone, received encouragement from him and also read his outstanding legal writings. He was an incredibly brave patriot who is an inspiration to me. He has left an indelible mark in this world. My greatest admiration to him and condolences to his family.
