Tyler was known for his kind heart, his fun-loving and lively personality. Tyler was the clown and jokester of the family and loved to make everyone laugh. He found great joy in being an uncle and spent time playing ball, skateboarding and video gaming with his nephews. As a child, Tyler loved sports and played soccer, basketball, football and baseball. As he got older, he developed a passion for working out and staying physically fit. Tyler also loved going hunting and fishing with his father and family.
In 2019 Tyler graduated from Captain Shreve High School. After graduation, Tyler worked for UPS as a package handler, and also worked as a Lifeguard at the YMCA in Shreveport. Tyler finished in the top 3% in the state for outstanding testing. He was featured in the Hallmark Christmas Movie “Front of the Class” when he was 8 years old. Tyler received the Shreveport Green Audience Award in 2019 and the cash prize of $500 for his short film production the “Nature is Vengeful.”
Tyler is survived by his parents Susan Stafford, Randy and Sammie Bynog; grandparents Jeff and Jean Stafford, Henry and Rachel Bynog, Raines and Scheree Connell; siblings, Hannah Rose Bynog-Wheeler (Brandon), Kody Louis Bynog (Ally), Jacob Austin Bynog, and Adeline Elaine Calhoun; uncles and aunts Melissa and Mark Howe, Bridgette and Brian Rangel, Eric and Kendra Bynog, Jeff and Terri Connell and Rebecca and Ronnie Stevens; nieces and nephews; Jaxon Kole, Audrey Lynn, Eleanor Mae Wheeler, Bryson Lane and Reid Austin Bynog. Tyler is also survived by numerous awesome cousins and other extended family members.
Tyler is preceded in death his great-grandmother Ella Lorretta Sharpley.
A memorial service for Tyler will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home with Raymond Gaines officiating. The family will begin receiving friends at 3:00 p.m. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the family has requested that all service attendees wear a face mask.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tyler’s name to a local non-profit organization of your choice to further support their mission.
