Virginia pursued her education with determination, earning an Associate Degree from Bossier Parish Community College. She was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa Sorority, a reflection of her commitment to learning and the community she built around it.
Above all, Virginia cherished her family. She loved her grandbabies, great grandbabies and her great great grandbaby, holding close the moments—both ordinary and unforgettable—that made family life meaningful. Her love was constant, her pride unmistakable, and her care enduring.
In her everyday joys, Virginia found comfort and delight in simple, faithful pleasures. She loved to read and could lose herself in a good book, and she also enjoyed video games—an interest that spoke to her curiosity and willingness to embrace what she liked, regardless of expectation. She loved her pets, who brought companionship and warmth to her home. She also took great pleasure in planting rosebushes, tending to them with patience and care.
Virginia will be remembered for the unmistakable spark she carried—sassy in the way that made conversations livelier, opinions clearer, and family stories richer. Her presence left an imprint of candor, humor, and heart that will remain with those who loved her.
