Clyde was a great friend as he was in the baptist church in Sullivan Illinois and also was a best man in our wedding. He was a great Christian Man and we are
going to miss him but we know that he is in Jesus hands.

From the moment we started attending Central Christian Clyde made us feel like family. We are going to miss his wonderful sense of humor and beautiful singing voice. We will see you on the other side Clyde!

My family loved Clyde. He was so welcoming to us when we arrived at Central Christian Church. Ashton and I were blessed to have sung with him in the contemporary service. He always had an uplifting word for Tony. We will truly miss him until we are together again. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Mr. Oathout was my boss in Hospital Billing at LSUHSC. He was a good, kind and gentle man. I will truly miss him. Just know that he is in the tender loving care of Jesus. Look to the hills where all strength flows.

We are selfish in wishing our wonderful brother-in -law would stay with us for a much longer time. God has called this great man home and allowed him a happy, blessed life with a beautiful, successful family and faithful friends that are truly experiencing this great loss. He was smart, strong and loving and loved life in a robust way that will be his legacy. God, take him in your care now , and continue to give his loved ones the blessings comfort and healing they will need as life moves forward. In the name of your son and our Savior, Jesus.Amen..

Mr. Oathout was a great boss, a good Chritian and a truly honest and caring friend to everyone. He loved baseball and his times at the annual HFMA meetings where he spent time and knew everyone there it seemed. He will be truly missed.
