Carrie Maxine Neil

NEIL, Carrie Maxine – 82, East Noel, passed away peacefully December 4, 2012 in The Mira, Truro. Born in East Noel, she was a daughter of the late Maxwell and Mary Densmore. Carrie enjoyed music and dance, especially the Minasville Jam. Family meant everything to Carrie. She is survived by sons Donald, East Noel; David (Becky), Gormanville; daughters June (Jordan) Zwicker, Mill Village, Queens Co.; Patricia (James) Eddy, Noel Shore; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; sister Eleanor ( Chuck) Trenholm, Avondale; brothers Clarence Densmore, ON; Aubrey (Bertha) Densmore, Elmsdale; and Guy Densmore, East Noel; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Garfield, sisters Edna Smith, Almina Neil, Audrey Murphy, Madeline Hamilton, Mildred Densmore, nephews Norman Smith, Robert Smith and Daniel Hamilton. Visitation 6-8pm, Friday with funeral service 11am, Saturday, December 8, both in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. Interment in the Noel Cemetery, Noel.
