Kathleen Sack Eaton

EATON, Kathleen “Aunt Gud”-88, Indian Brook, Hants County passed away October 4th, 2010 at home .Born in Elmsdale, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Mary Jane (Jeremy) Sack. She was employed for a number of years in Boston as a cook for the Boston Celtics Basketball Team at a camp for children of the players. She was a loving, friendly happy go lucky person. She is survived her only son Isaac “Teddy” Barnaby, Indian Brook, sisters Elizabeth “Libby” Meuse, and Annie (Sack) Paul, both of Indian Brook; grandson Alister Julian, Eskasoni; great grandchildren Samantha, Felicia, Heather Kay, Martin, Tara, Keith Jr. Julian, many godchildren, nieces and nephews. Aunt Gud was predeceased by husbands, Peter Barnaby of Eel Ground N B, and Charles Eaton of Boston MA, her daughter Philomena (Sack) Googoo, grandson Keith Julian (Waycobah), brothers Louis, Clarence, Ben, Freeman “Chap”, Joseph “Josie”, Peter, Jerry Martin Sack, all of Indian Brook, and sisters Freda Bernard and Jean Syliboy of Indian Brook. Visitation is at her late Residence 310 Robinson Road, Indian Brook. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 pm at St. Catherine’s Roman Catholic Church, Indian Brook, Father Tom Kurudeepan O M I officiating. Interment will be in the Community Cemetery.
