Sheila Aldora Sanford

SANFORD, Sheila Aldora - 73, Enfield, passed away at the Victoria General Hospital, Palliative Care 7-A on May 6, 2011. Born in Kennetcook, she was a daughter of Ada White, Noel Road, and the late Marsden White. She was a true family person always there for support and to help. She was an avid bingo player. She loved spending time with the grandchildren. She loved doing crossword puzzles, cryptoquotes and jigsaw puzzles. She is survived by her husband of 50 years Beverley Sanford, daughters Beverly (Brian) Miller, Janice Sanford (Stephen Cokes), son Greg Sanford (Lucy Whipp); sisters Myrta MacDonald, Barbara MacLeod (Aubrey), Lindy Noble (Albert), Gaylene White, brother Lance White (Cece), sister-in-law Sarah White; grandchildren Brianne, Gareth, Schuyler, Carys and Piper; several nieces and nephews. Besides her father Marsden, she was predeceased by brother Rollie White, infant granddaughter, Emma Sanford. Visitation 2-4 & 7-9pm, Monday, May 9, in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Hwy 2, Shubenacadie, with funeral service 2pm, Tuesday, in Riverview United Church, 1 Miller Road, Elmsdale, Rev.
