Vivian Georgina Greeno Creelman

CREELMAN, Vivian – 70, Elmsdale, passed away in the QEII Health Centre, Halifax on April 19, 2012. Born in Shinimicas, Nova Scotia, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Leona (Black) (Greeno) Patterson. Vivian loved life and had many passions, some of which were Saturday night dances with “the Crowd”, playing cards and summers spent at the cottage in Linden. She also enjoyed gardening and being outdoors, TV Bingo and hosting family dinners. Vivian is survived by her sons Blaine (Kathy), Dartmouth; Barry (Cathy), Nine Mile River; granddaughter Morgan, Lower Sackville; brothers Keith Greeno, Elmsdale; Randy Patterson, Wellington; several nieces, nephews and cousins; special friend Maggie Bowers. She was predeceased by her husband Burton. Visitation 2-4 Sunday, with funeral service 11am, Monday, April 23, both in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie, Rev. David LeBlanc officiating. Interment will be in Sandy Hill Cemetery, Belnan. A reception will follow in the Elmsdale Legion, Branch # 48.
