She was born on August 4, 1952, in Sikeston, MO to the late Calvin Wayne and Norma Lee Baker.
On October 5, 1992, in Jonesboro, IL she married Michael Beltz who survives of the home in Harrisburg, IL.
In addition to her husband she is survived by one brother, Allen Baker and sister in law, Gayle Baker of Bardstown, KY; two nephews, Eric Baker of Louisville, KY and Scott Baker of Bardstown, KY; one step son, Kevin Beltz of Harrisburg, IL; one step daughter, Kaci Owens of Vincennes, IN and three grandchildren, Kaden, Addison and Jeremiah.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with a graveside service following at 2:00 p.m. at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.
