Christopher Maxwell Cantrell

On August 14, 2021, Chris was united in marriage to Syerra West Cantrell, who survives of the home.

Chris was an avid gamer and hockey fan who loved the St. Louis Blues and was operations manager at DHL in Jackson, MO. Chris loved his family, friends and had a big heart that desired to please people and make them happy.

Along with his parents, Chris is survived by his maternal grandfather, Joseph Swan of Macomb, Michigan; his sons, Lucas Cantrell of Chaffee, MO, and Eli West-Cantrell and Roman Cantrell of Jackson, MO. His aunt, Cherie Klemm of Macomb, Michigan; uncles, Brian (Catherine) Swan of Newfoundland, Canada and Glen (Mindy) Cantrell of Sikeston, MO. He is also survived by many cousins and friends who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Norma Swan and his paternal grandparents, Gene and Ruth Cantrell.

A memorial service will be held at Concordia Lutheran Church in Sikeston, MO Friday, November 14, 2025, with a visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Matthew Berry of Concordia Lutheran Church officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Concordia Lutheran Church.
