He was born on November 21, 1947, in Dexter, MO to the late Dwight and Martha Elizabeth Jennings Goad.
He served in the United States Army and was a Barber in Sikeston, MO for 55 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Kim (Randy) Hurt of Sikeston, MO and Tara (Randall) Briggs of Sikeston, MO and two grandchildren, Danielle Hurt and Briara Bryant and one great granddaughter, Ava Grace Bryant.
The family will have a private ceremony on Friday, September 20, 2024. He will be laid to rest in the Bloomfield Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO.
