Born June 14, 1966, in Sikeston, MO., to the late Oral and Virgie Thurman Yancy.
Survivors include: his fiancé, Melissa Haile of Columbia, MO.; two sons, Alex Yancy of East Prairie, MO. and Avery Yancy of Blodgett, MO.; one daughter, Teva Yancy of East Prairie, MO.; two brothers, James Yancy of Sikeston, MO. and John Yancy of Ft. Pierce, FL., and one sister, Janeene Cunningham of Chaffee, MO
Visitation will be Thursday July 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 12:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. with Bro. Allen Nichols, pastor of First Baptist Church in Lilbourn, MO., officiating. Interment will follow at Blodgett Cemetery in Blodgett, MO.
