He was born July 10, 1985 in Sikeston, MO., to Mike and Nina King Mills of Morley, MO.
Devin was employed at Ferrell Mobile Homes in Benton, MO. He had served in the United States Army for three years. He opened the first skate park in Sikeston, Dirty Bearings, in 2002; he loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter. He was a self-taught mechanic; he had a passion for repairing automobiles as well as welding and fabrication. Devin loved and enjoyed his two nephews, Whitley and Greyson.
Other survivors include: two brothers and one sister-in-law, Sean and Macy Mills of Cape Girardeau, MO. and Spencer Mills of Morley, MO.; two nephews, Whitley Mills and Greyson Mills of Cape Girardeau, MO.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m., at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO., Jason Davis, pastor of Anchor Church in Sikeston, MO., officiating.
Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Morley, MO.
