Edna Jacobson, 97, of Crowder, died February 17, 2016, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. Born November 4, 1918, in Walcott, Ark., to the late Wiford Edward and Minnie Sturgeon Dial, she was a homemaker. On March 2, 1940, she married O.C. Jacobson, who preceded her in death on November 31, 1969.
Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Harl Edward Dial and Carl Edward Dial; and three sisters, Lorene Bennett, Udell Paullus and Ruby Tubbs.
She is survived by one sister, Delcia Roper of Scranton, Ark.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, with Bro. Kelley Grubbs, pastor of the Murray Lane Baptist Church in Sikeston, officiating.
Interment will follow in the Morley City Cemetery.
