He was born on May 3, 1959, in Fort Walton Beach, FL, to the late James and Joan Lewis.
He is survived by one daughter, Amanda Luke; one brother, Mark Lewis; one sister, Sheila Presson; two grandchildren and Tina
Wilburn, his significant other of 15 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Nicholas Lewis and Nathan Lewis.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
