Jason Allen Holt

Jason Allen Holt, age 37, of Sikeston, died Sunday, December 14, 2014, in Sikeston. Born July 21, 1977, in Sikeston, to James L. Holt of Bell City and Joyce A. Dial (Goehri), who also survives of Sikeston, he was employed by Rick Leonard Heating & Air Conditioning Co. On June 21, 2008, in Martin Hills, Mo., he married Gina Chaney, who survives of the home.

Additional survivors include: two children, James P. Hines Jr. and Katherine G. Hines, both of Sikeston; one brother, Louis Goehri of Benton; two sisters, Hope Crossett of Hudson, Fla. and Trina Holt of Dogwood; and his stepmother, Joan Holt of Bell City. Also surviving are two nephews, Jacob Holt of Dogwood and Austin Hopkins of Hudson, Fla. and one niece, Hannah Holt of Dogwood.

Jason also leaves behind numerous friends and loved ones.

He was preceded in death by one brother, James L. Holt Jr.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Keith Wilson, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bloomfield.
