He was born on July 9, 1956, in West Memphis, AR to the late Abner E. and Bette Belle Halsted.
Hs is survived by one sister, Susie Scarlett of Florence, AL and two brothers, Michael S. Brown of Phoenix, AZ and John Richard Brown of Morristown, TN.
