She was born on October 18, 1967 to the late Jessie Dozier and Carolyn Sue Dozier James who survives of the home.
She retired from Brown Shoe after 17 years of service.
On November 17, 1984 in Sikeston, MO. she married Mark Burns who survives of the home.
Survivors include one son Brice Burns of Sikeston, MO. and one brother Billy Dozier of Sikeston, MO.
In addition to her father she is preceded in death by one son Tony Allen Burns and one brother Tommy Joe Dozier.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the Sikeston Complex Park in Sikeston, MO. at 2:00 p.m.
