She was born January 12, 1930 to the late Oscar and Grace Halter Glenn in Charleston, Missouri.
On April 1, 1938 in Henrietta, Texas she married Hershel Price who preceded her in death on July 4, 1987.
She is survived by one daughter Judy Lear of the home, two sons and daughters-in-law Hershel Lyn (Rose) Price Jr. of Palm Bay, Florida and Douglas (Kathleen) Price of Irving, Texas, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Mildred was a member of the Murray Lane Baptist Church where she attended.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters, step father Franklin Kidd, along with several step brothers and step sisters.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston, Mo. With Rev. Joe McCullough, officiating.
