Paul “David” Roslen, age 55, of rural Sikeston, MO. transitioned into Heaven at 1:30 pm February 25, 2019 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, MO. He was born March 28, 1963, in Dexter, MO., to the late Gilbert E and Pauline Roslen. David attended Richland Schools until the second semester of his senior year when he transferred to Sikeston High school, where he graduated in 1981. He was a veteran of the US Navy. On September 5, 1986 he married Gina Dirickson, who survives of the home. Other survivors include; two daughters, Crystal Ellison of Scott City, MO. and Caryn Roslen of Thebes, IL. and Tara Dale Vanover of Morley, MO., whom he considered to be a special daughter. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Jackson Hurt, Hunter Ellison, and Kierstyn Roach of Scott City, MO., Jasmynne Roach of Chaffee, Mo., Isaiah Garcia of Conroe, TX., and Payton Hurt of Frankston, TX.; one brother and sister-in-law Gil and Marcia Roslen of Oran, MO.;one sister and brother-in-law, Pamela and Greg Wisdom of Sikeston, MO, and Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He is survived by one cousin he was especially close to, Dale Roslen of Sikeston, MO. David enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, going fishing, keeping in touch with his friends from school by Facebook, and listening to music. He had a quick wit, a ready smile, a heart full of love and was the life of the party wherever he went.
