Randall Dale Carter of Dexter, MO., passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 57, at his home in Dexter, MO. He was born in Chicago, IL., on July 28, 1963, to the late James Carter and Carolyn Kennedy Alexander. Survivors include: one brother, Jean Paul Carter of New Lenox, IL.; two sisters, Tina King of Dexter, MO., and Roxanne Schwartz of Minnesota. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Billy Carter. Visitation will be held Thursday September 17, 2020 at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be Friday September 18, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO. with Rev. Jerry Adams, officiating. Memorial Donations Kenny Rogers Children Center 300 Floyd Ave Sikeston, MO 63801
