Reece Allen Walters

It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that Ross and Courtney Walters announce the passing of their beloved son, Reece Allen Walters, who was called home on November 29, 2025, just three days before his expected arrival.

Though his time on Earth was spent entirely in the protective warmth of his mother's womb, Reece Allen made an indelible mark on the lives of those who awaited his birth. His parents were filled with excitement and unconditional love, cherishing every moment of his presence and dreaming of the future they would share.

Reece Allen is the deeply loved son of Ross and Courtney Walters. He is also survived by his grandparents, Gary and Tammy Deen and Lee and Melissa Walters; great grandmothers, Sharon Johnson and Mary Ann Morphis; uncles and aunts, Reid and Ashley Walters, Daniel Johnson, Lyndsey Deen and cousins, Kelsey Jane Walters and Brody Alan Walters, who hold him close in their hearts and continue to grieve this immeasurable loss.

While we mourn the life that will not be, we hold fast to the love we have for him and the brief, beautiful hope he represented. Reece Allen taught us the depth of parental love and the fragility of life.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO at 11:00 a.m. with Carol Dean, officiating.

A private family interment will follow in the Matthews City Cemetery in Matthews, MO.
