Timothy Allen Pinnell, 42, of Miner, died December 9, 2012 at his home. Born July 16, 1970, in Sikeston, to Bill Pinnell, who survives of Wappapello and the late Janice Merriman Pinnell, he was a graduate of Sikeston High School and served in the US Navy for four years. He was employed for nineteen years at the New Madrid Power Plant, where he worked in the maintenance department, and was a member of Sikeston VFW Post 3174.
On February 11, 1995, in Morley, he was married to Mary Christine “Christy” Stone, who survives of the home.
In addition to his father and wife, other survivors include: two daughters, Emily Pinnell and Erin Pinnell, both of the home; and one sister and brother-in-law, Leigh and Lee Bishop of Sikeston.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00-8:00pm at the Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services will be conducted at 1:00 Wednesday, December 12, with Rev. Billy Davis, officiating.
Burial will follow at 3:00pm in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, with full military honors accorded him by the Missouri Military Funeral Honor Guard.
