

He was born on August 17, 1939 in Hayti, MO. to the late Tommy and Virginia Fowler Fraser.
On April 18, 1959 he married Martha Sue Northcutt Fraser who preceded him in death on April 24, 2005.
He was a member at Miner Baptist Church in Sikeston, MO. He retired from MoDOT as a Sr. Material Inspector after forty years of service.
He is survived by two granddaughters, Morgan (Harrison) Bizzell of Memphis, TN. and Brooke (James) Hill of Searcy, AR.; one great-granddaughter, Anne Carlisle Bizzell of Memphis, TN.; one daughter-in-law, Julie (Jeff) Fraser-Young of Sikeston, MO.; one sister, Margaret Harden of Cooter, MO. and a special caregiver, Linda Brookshire of Sikeston, MO.
In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by two sons, Dennis Fraser and David Fraser; one grandson, Mark Fraser; three sisters, Ezelle Hall, Betty O'Connor and Virginia Friday.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. with Bro. Mitch Jackson, officiating.
Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.
