She was born on January 14, 1935 in Scopus, MO. to the late Kendell and Lola Crader Proctor.
On December 12, 1953 in Sedgewickville, MO. she married Willard Autle Seabaugh who preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia (Kenny) New of Cape Girardeau, MO.; one brother, Robert Proctor of Gilbert, AZ.; one sister-in-law, Shirley Proctor of St. Charles, MO. and two granddaughters, Marissa New and Alexia New.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald Proctor, Elmer Proctor and Odell Proctor; two sisters, Louis Hoffmeister and Irene Churchill.
A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.
