Anna L Ruiz

Anna Laura Ruiz passed away in the late evening of July 3rd at Prince William Hospital with her loving husband of 61 years by her side. They were joined by their daughter Laura and son-in-law Tim by phone.

Anna Laura was preceded in death by her son Ramon O. Ruiz, Jr. and her parents Gabino and Concepcion Cotto.

Anna Laura was a loving wife of 61 years. She was also a nurturing and compassionate matriarch to her daughter Laura and son-law Tim and her granddaughter Anna and husband Drew. Family was always her priority. Her deep love for family and friends was endless and unconditional.

Anna Laura had a deep faith and trust in God and lived each day with joy, positivity and optimism trusting that she could be a beacon for others. Her Joy was truly contagious to those around her.

To honor the memory of Anna Laura Ruiz, we will be holding a private family gathering at the gravesite. This will be a special and emotional time for us. Thank you for respecting our wishes for an intimate gathering.
