On July 19, 2023 Augustus Patrick Joseph came into the world at Holy Cross Hospital. He was a beautiful baby, a perfect miracle. In his short life Auggie brought the greatest gift to all that knew him, love. On August 11, 2023 Augustus passed away in his parents, Linda Marie Grimmer Joseph and John Leo Joseph, loving embrace, surrounded by his maternal grandparents, care givers and Chaplain Father Akpunonu’s love.
A prayer Service for Augustus will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20904. To honor baby Augustus’s innocence, those planning to attended the services are being asked to not wear black.
On September 19, 2023, at 10 AM there will be a funeral mass and inurnment for Baby Augustus Patrick Joseph, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church (542 Cypress Avenue, Murrells Inlet, South Carolina 29576). The Mass will also be available by live stream via : https://venue.streamspot.com/bbfba346 . Repast to follow at the home of Linda and Joseph.
