I am deeply saddened to announce the loss of my husband, friend and life partner. Azeem departed this life on Monday, December 26, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife; his mother; one brother; nieces; nephews and extended family. A private Memorial Service will be held in honor and celebration of his life.
