

Aziza will be lovingly remembered for boundless love for her family, her perseverance and inner strength, her selflessness, generosity and kindness. She had a passion for cooking and traveling, and loved to share stories of her past with her grandchildren.
Aziza was born in Cairo, Egypt in 1945 and was one of 5 siblings. She attended university in Cairo and graduated with a degree in accounting. Her family fled Egypt in 1969 to Italy. They spent some time in France before immigrating to the United States in 1970. She met her husband Zaki in Maryland and they married in 1972. They settled in Mitchellville Maryland, raised 2 daughters and lived joyfully together until Zaki passed away in 2004.
She was an accomplished seamstress and alterations manager at several high-end boutiques and stores. She has altered clothing for many notable figures including First Lady Laura Bush, Secretary of State Madeline Albright, US Ambassador to the United Nations Jean Kirkpatrick, and members of several Middle Eastern royal families.
Aziza is survived by her daughters Nancy Adamopoulos and Farrah Hudson, her granddaughters Stella, Katherine, and Zoe Adamopoulos and Lisha and Mikayla Hudson, and her sons-in-law Christos Adamopoulos and Jack Hudson. She is also survived by her siblings Fortunata El Gamil, Farida Lishaa, Abraham Massuda and David Massuda, and her mother Nazli Massuda.
Services will be held on Friday, November 5th at 11:30 AM at George Washington/Mt Lebanon Cemetery in Adelphi, Maryland.
