My deepest condolences from Ms. Hoyle , shamiya Miner and Sky Hoyle I will always remember Byron because he would be cheering on his kids at the meet , sometimes we would be side by side cheering on his kid and me cheering on my granddaughter’s he was always very kind with a smile and he always stood up. My deepest condolences to Fern and her brother because I know they will miss their Dad and their hype man at those        meets May he rest in peace. At times words fail in especially in times of grief.. I have such wonderful memories of our childhood on Cannon Rd. in Silver Spring.. I remember Byron from our days from elementary through high school.  Byron  always so nice and had an infectious smile.  When we reconnected through Facebook I enjoyed seeing his children grow strong and beautiful..just like those beautiful sunflower pictures he would take.

To Helen and Barnette, There is no more heart wrenching event than the loss of a child, no matter the age, or a brother. I know because Stella and I lost our son Philip in 2017 to kidney cancer. Philip was 55, about the same age as Byron . Tears are never far from the surface, and Byron's passing caused a flood of tears for us, because we understand the enormity of your loss. The Holston family  were wonderful neighbors for us until 1974 when we moved to Atlanta, and we have fond memories of your family almost 50 years later. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.

Our hearts are broken to hear about Byron. Long ago, we lived next door to the Holstons in Silver Spring, MD in the 70s. I remember our fun childhood times together and the wonderful times my parents all had together with Mr. and Mrs. Holston.

The Siegel family, David, Stella, Debbie, and Camille all send our condolences to the Holston family. Rest in Peace, Byron, you will be missed.

My sincere condolences to Byron’s family. Byron and I met at MTSU back in 1991. I have so many fun and fond memories of him. I know he will be so missed. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.
