On Wednesday, August 30, 2017 Elaine Janet Wagner of Silver Spring, Maryland, passed away peacefully. Elaine was born in Philadelphia, attended Temple University, and worked in Washington, DC. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Herman Wagner, survived by her loving son, James Zisfein (Barbara Olk) with grandson Benjamin Zisfein, her daughter Carol Zisfein (Kenneth Kilpatrick), and step-daughter Nancy (Richard) Navarro and grandson Nathaniel Navarro. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at The Judean Memorial Gardens of Silver Spring, Maryland at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Olney Theater Center at 2001 Olney-Sandy Spring Road, Olney, Maryland 20832 or Doctors without Borders (donate.doctorswithoutborders.org).
