Of Silver Spring, MD, passed away at home on Sunday, March 17, 2019. He is survived by his beloved wife, Eloise, two sons, Jeffrey (Louise), Jay (Linell), six grandsons, Alex, Zackery, Jacob, Joshua, David and Aaron.
