Frank R. Frene, Sr. On Wednesday, December 2, 2015, Frank R. Frene, Sr. beloved husband of Phebe Ann Frene; loving father of Frank (Laura) Frene, Jr., Stephen (Debbie) Frene, Jo Anne (Doug) Allman, and Susan (Court) Stiles; cherished grandfather of twelve grandchildren; adored great-grandfather of nineteen great-grandchildren. He is survived by many other relatives and friends. Frank was a long-time masonary contractor, member of the Coast Guard Auxillary, Knights of Columbus, and many other civic and trade organizations. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 12319 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 10:30am. Interment is private.
