Frieda Novey Gaines “Fritzie” (89) Born on March 10, 1926 in Clearfield, PA. Frieda died on May 3, 2015 in Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late William E. Gaines to which she was married for 62 years; devoted mother of Linda (Alan) Schloer and the late Dr. Wayne E. Gaines; cherished grandmother of Corinne(Ron) Diehl, Alyssa Schloer and fiancé Mike Mychaskiw, Dane, Wes and Justin Gaines; Adored great-grandmother of Paige and Abby Diehl and William E. Gaines; mother-in-law of Debbie Gaines; loving sister of Sara N. Brozgal. A gathering will be held at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20904 on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 6pm – 8pm.
