Herbert Maisel, age 88, of Rockville, Maryland passed away on Saturday March 30, 2019. Herbert was born September 22, 1930. Beloved husband of the late Millicent Maisel, Devoted Father of Scott Maisel of the home and Raymond Maisel of Bethesda Maryland.
