Beloved husband of Marie Agathe Charles; loving father of Patrick Joseph Charles and Carline Charles; cherished grandfather of Raven Marie Charles and Grace Sophia Charles; dear brother of Odette Charles and Marthe Solange Polemon; he is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, LLC, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20904, on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., and again at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 12319 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, 20904 on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
