On Monday April 12, 2021 Josefina Cid, age 90, of Walkersville Md. left this earth to be joined with peace and love with God in heaven. Josefina was born in Mexico moved to Washington DC in 1952 then relocated to Rockville MD. where she spent many years as a day care provider. She became an American citizen in 1985. Josefina will be missed by her 3 daughters Josie Stevens and husband Bob, Gricel Gourley and husband Kenny and Violet Cid. She will also be missed by 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is now reunited with her husband Miguel Cid and her 2 eldest children Miguel Cid Jr. and Lydia Ware. Private services will be held at a later time.
