Justin is survived by his wife, Jessie Vincent-Bowen.
A visitation at church for Justin will be held Friday, March 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Metropolitan Seventh-day Adventist Church, 6307 Riggs Road, Hyattsville, Maryland 20783, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
Justin will be laid to rest in George Washington Cemetery, 9500 Riggs Road, Adelphi, Maryland 20783.
